Combine flat routing, angled tool access, side drilling and grooving, curved-surface machining and automatic tool changes in one industrial swing-head platform.
Quick CNC can configure the KH4A around your drawings, materials, tool list, workholding, output target and workshop utilities.

The KH4A fits furniture factories, cabinet and door manufacturers, woodworking shops, CNC service companies, sign makers, plastics and composite processors, distributors and project buyers.

A fixed vertical spindle is efficient for top-accessible profiles, pockets and drilling, but it cannot directly reach every side or angle. The KH4A spindle changes angle through a 180-degree range so the tool can approach side features, angled cuts and curved geometry.
The automatic tool changer supports multi-operation work. We recommend confirming tool reach, spindle angle, fixture clearance and collision space from the actual CAD file before configuration.

Speed and resolution are machine-reference values. Finished-part quality and output depend on material, toolpath, cutter, tool length, workholding, dust or chip control, calibration and inspection method.
The KH4A uses rack-and-pinion movement on X/Y and a ball screw on Z. The welded frame, gantry, Taiwan linear guides, Yaskawa servo system and swing-head spindle operate as one machining platform.
Working area alone does not define usable clearance. We check spoilboard, fixture height, tool length, spindle nose, dust hood, safe retract height and swing-head collision space against the real part.

We configure the reference KH4A with a 9 kW HSD swing-head ATC spindle, Syntec 6MB controller, Yaskawa 850 W servo motors and a vacuum table with a 7.5 kW pump.
Quick CNC can configure the working area, workholding, pump selection, tooling, dust collection interfaces, electrical supply and selected accessories after reviewing project data. Every change is checked against usable travel, machine footprint, loading direction, service access and operator sequence.
Raw and finished dimensions, drawings, material and critical surfaces.
Operations, access angles, tool diameters, depth per pass and cycle target.
Voltage, extraction, air, floor, door size, lifting and operating space.
Tool choice starts with material, cutter diameter, depth per pass, surface requirement and operation sequence. Flat sheets can use the vacuum table when sealing area is sufficient. Small, porous, irregular or high-force parts may need mechanical clamps or dedicated fixtures.
Quick CNC can arrange a representative sample plan using the buyer’s drawing, material or equivalent stock, critical dimensions and inspection method.

Define operations, tools, acceptance dimensions, surface requirements, cycle target and evidence format before order release. Quick CNC can prepare a pre-shipment checklist and provide the agreed machine documentation.
Model-specific declarations or certificates are supplied only when their product and destination scope is confirmed in the order documents. Archive workshop imagery supports machine identity and production context; it is not presented as a completed customer test record.
Best when the spindle must approach side, angled or curved features while the workpiece remains on the table.
More economical when every feature is reachable from above and the job is primarily flat routing.
Use when the workpiece itself must rotate in a chuck and tailstock for cylindrical or indexed work.
Use when the geometry requires two rotary degrees of freedom, more complex multi-face access, nesting automation or drilling throughput.
Evaluate KH4A for curved furniture components, door edge and lock-slot work, decorative panels, angled grooves, sign and display parts, foam patterns and mixed 2D/3D jobs.
These are process-fit scenarios, not customer-case claims. Final suitability is established from the drawing, workholding plan, toolpath and agreed sample or acceptance method.

Quick CNC has manufactured CNC machinery since 2006 and supplies CNC router and panel-furniture equipment to overseas buyers. For a KH4A project, our engineering and sales teams connect the drawing, configuration, manufacturing, test checklist, packing plan and service requirements before shipment.
Part access, tooling, fixture, controller operation and utilities.
Agreed inspections, functional checks, sample requirements and documentation.
Packing plan, installation inputs, remote guidance and service planning.
We can recommend the configuration, propose tooling and workholding, define sample requirements and prepare a quotation from this information.
One machine project can be quoted after configuration requirements are confirmed.
Standard production lead time starts after order and configuration confirmation. Ocean freight is separate.
Export packing and the final loading plan are confirmed with the order and destination.
The standard warranty period is one year under the signed agreement, including the approved coverage and exclusions. Before shipment, confirm electrical supply, grounding, dust collection, compressed air where required, floor condition, unloading route, lifting equipment and operating space.
Quick CNC can provide remote guidance, documentation and service planning for the selected destination and configuration.
The standard machine role is a swing-head router: the spindle changes angle through a 180-degree range. A separate rotary workpiece attachment can be discussed as an option for suitable cylindrical or indexed parts.
It can perform conventional flat routing and adds side or angled access, but the extra axis and programming requirements are unnecessary when every feature is reachable from above.
Suitable soft aluminum may be evaluated after checking rigidity, spindle, cutter, lubrication or air blast, workholding, chip evacuation, alloy, thickness, depth per pass and finish target.
The exact capacity is confirmed with the selected KH4A configuration. The reference machine uses a linear automatic tool changer, but no conflicting tool-count figure is published.
