Reduce manual repositioning when door parts, furniture components and custom wooden workpieces need flat, angled, side and contoured machining. Quick CNC configures the UC481-4D around your part geometry, tool sequence, workholding and destination utilities.

The orientable swing-head architecture gives the cutter additional approach angles for suitable edges, lock areas, hinge positions, sloped faces and contoured surfaces. Automatic tool changing supports multi-operation programs without repeated manual cutter changes.
Quick CNC matches the motion package, tool magazine, controller and post-processor path to the actual part rather than relying on the words “4 axis” alone.
The table below separates the stable public machine role from order-specific values. The approved quotation and technical drawing control the final machine.
| Model | UC481-4D |
|---|---|
| Machine category | Heavy-duty 4 axis ATC CNC router / swing-head CNC machining center |
| Reference X/Y table class | 1220 × 2440 mm class; final working travel is confirmed in the quotation |
| Z travel and usable clearance | Configuration-specific; confirmed separately because tool length, fixtures and swing-head geometry affect practical capacity |
| Motion configuration | Orientable swing-head for suitable angled and multi-face access; exact motion mode and limits are quotation-controlled |
| Spindle | Air-cooled ATC spindle; power, interface and duty are selected for the material and cutting program |
| Automatic tool changer | Magazine type and tool capacity are selected from representative programs |
| Control and drives | Multi-axis controller and servo package matched to the quoted motion and software chain |
| Workholding | Vacuum workholding platform; zones, positioning aids, pump and auxiliary fixtures are configuration-controlled |
| Electrical and utilities | Configured for destination voltage, frequency, phase, compressed air and dust-extraction requirements |
| Accuracy, tolerance and output | Defined only through an approved test method, sample and acceptance record; no generic value is claimed |
The reference machine uses a welded heavy-frame structure, gantry architecture, servo motion and a vacuum workholding platform. Quick CNC reviews alignment, motion, tool-change and electrical functions during assembly.
Final component brands and sizes follow the approved configuration list rather than a generic family description.

We match controller functions, motion mode, servo/reducer package, CAM operation and post processor to the real geometry.
We select spindle duty, tool interface, magazine arrangement and capacity from the number and type of tools in normal programs.
We configure vacuum zones, fixtures, positioning aids, pump capacity, dust hood and extraction interface around the workpiece and material.

Custom working size, table zoning, fixtures, positioning devices, rotary accessories, loading/unloading and software integration are evaluated against part dimensions, access angles, cycle targets, floor space and service clearances.
Customization is accepted only when the resulting machine can be built, tested and supported safely. The approved quotation records what is standard, optional and project-specific.
Send a representative drawing or 3D model, material, stock size, required faces, internal radii, tolerances, finish expectations and batch target. We propose cutters, tool sequence, holding method, dust or chip control and a sample-test plan.

Mechanical assembly, alignment, axis movement, lubrication and tool-change functions are checked against the configured machine.
Electrical package, protection, destination power, compressed air and dust-extraction requirements are confirmed before production release.
Model-specific accuracy, tolerance, output or certification statements are released only when the applicable test record or certificate scope is available.
| Production requirement | Quick CNC direction | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Predominantly flat parts with several tool changes | 3-axis ATC router | Simpler motion can provide the required production process at lower complexity. |
| Recurring angled, side and contoured access | UC481-4D swing-head ATC router | Additional tool approach can reduce manual re-clamping. |
| Cylindrical or wrapped parts | Rotary-axis configuration | Chuck, tailstock, diameter and usable length control the solution. |
| Complex undercuts or additional changing orientations | Higher multi-axis platform | Geometry may require more controlled directions and collision management. |
Common evaluation parts include doors with edge or lock features, shaped furniture components, curved wooden panels, decorative reliefs, foam patterns, acrylic or plastic components and fixtures that combine flat and angled operations.
These are application scenarios, not customer-case or output claims. The selected part must be tested under agreed material, tool, fixture and inspection conditions.
Our engineering, production and service teams coordinate the approved configuration, mechanical assembly, electrical integration, inspection, sample validation, packing documents and installation preparation. We keep model facts, options and evidence tied to the quotation so the machine delivered matches the agreed production requirement.
We provide installation requirements, utility data, floor and unloading guidance, controller and maintenance documents, and remote or agreed on-site support according to the contract. Site power, compressed air, dust extraction, network, tooling and operator preparation should be completed before commissioning.
The name alone does not prove simultaneous interpolation. Quick CNC confirms whether the quoted controller, kinematics, CAM operation and post processor support indexed or coordinated motion for your part.
The reference machine is in the 1220 × 2440 mm table class. Final X/Y travel, Z travel and usable clearance are confirmed in the quotation and technical drawing because fixtures, tool length and swing-head geometry affect practical capacity.
Spindle power, tool interface, magazine type and tool capacity are configuration-controlled. We select them from the material, cutting duty and number of tools used in representative programs.
Suitable soft aluminum may be possible with the correct spindle duty, cutter, holding, chip removal, lubrication or air blast and conservative cutting strategy. We require a process review and sample validation before making a production claim.
It can process cabinet, door and furniture components, especially when angled or side access is important. For high-volume flat-sheet nesting, a dedicated nesting system may provide a simpler and faster production process.
Send drawings or 3D files, materials, part sizes, required faces and angles, operations, tool count, batch and shift targets, tolerance and finish expectations, software environment, workshop utilities and destination details.
There is no minimum order quantity. Standard production lead time is approximately 45 days after order and configuration confirmation, excluding ocean freight. The standard warranty is one year subject to the signed agreement and exclusions.
Send Quick CNC your drawings, material, workpiece size, angled features, tool list, production target and site utilities. We will recommend the motion, spindle, ATC, workholding, software and service package and prepare a configuration-based quotation.
Tell us your material, working size and production needs. Our engineers will recommend a suitable CNC machine for your business.
