The published configuration uses a machined base, ball-screw transmission on the linear axes, square linear rails, a T-slot worktable, stepper drives and DSP B57 control. The point is simple: keep the machine compact while giving the axes a controlled, repeatable motion system for the jobs this size of router is meant to handle.

A small workshop needs to machine cabinet sample components, engraved logos and acrylic display parts without giving up floor space to a full-size nesting line. The job uses a pocketing tool, an engraving cutter and a profile cutter.
