K6060T Mini Desktop CNC Router for Wood

A compact 600 × 600 mm CNC routing solution for woodworking, signs, prototypes, craft products and small-batch parts. Quick CNC configures the machine around your material, part size, tooling and electrical requirements.

  • 600 × 600 × 150 mm working area
  • 1.5 kW water-cooled spindle
  • Three-axis ball-screw transmission
  • Tool sensor included

Buyer and Process Fit

Who the K6060T is built for

Typical buyers

Small woodworking shops, sign makers, prototype teams, craft-product manufacturers, CNC service providers, technical schools, distributors and factories that need a compact machine for secondary operations.

Materials

Wood, MDF, plywood, particle board, melamine board, acrylic, PVC, plastics, aluminum composite panel, foam and suitable composite materials.

Applications

Engraving, carving, drilling, grooving, small-part cutting, sign components, molds, jigs, prototypes, decorative parts and customized woodworking.

Core Solution

Compact capacity without the footprint of a full-size router

The K6060T gives buyers a practical work envelope for parts up to 600 × 600 mm while retaining a rigid bridge structure, ball-screw motion and a water-cooled spindle. It is designed for shops that need repeatable routing and engraving but do not need a 4 × 8 ft table or automatic tool changer.

We can configure tooling, workholding, rotary accessories and spindle power around the confirmed job. Send us your drawing, material and expected output so our engineers can match the machine to the actual process.

Fit Boundary

Where this 6060 CNC router fits—and where a larger model is better

Suitable

  • Compact parts, samples, signs, crafts and fixtures
  • Wood, engineered wood, acrylic, PVC, foam and composites
  • Light soft-aluminum work with suitable tooling and parameters
  • Prototype and small-batch production where manual tool changes are acceptable

Not the preferred choice

  • Full-sheet cabinet nesting or continuous panel-furniture lines
  • High-output production requiring frequent automatic tool changes
  • Heavy metal removal, steel machining or deep aggressive aluminum milling
  • Parts that exceed the 600 × 600 × 150 mm working envelope

Structure and Motion

Ball-screw transmission and compact welded machine structure

The three-axis ball-screw system supports controlled motion across the compact working area. The T-slot worktable and mechanical clamps provide a direct workholding method for small panels, blocks, fixtures and prototypes.

  • Water-cooled spindle for stable temperature control
  • Integrated control and electrical components for a compact layout
  • Stepper-motor drive matched to the standard machine configuration
  • Tool sensor included for routine tool-length setting

Configuration Choices

Standard equipment and available options

Standard spindle

1.5 kW

Water-cooled, up to 24,000 rpm.

Standard control

Quick Customized Control System.

Included

Tool sensor and T-slot table with mechanical clamps.

Options

2.2 kW spindle upgrade and rotary/fourth-axis device after process confirmation.

The K6060T is a non-ATC machine. Select an ATC model when the program requires frequent unattended tool changes.

Customization Boundary

Configuration can be matched to the part, but the machine class remains compact

Process matching

We can recommend spindle power, collets, cutters, feeds and workholding after reviewing the material and operation.

Rotary work

We can configure an optional rotary device when the part diameter, length and clearance fit the machine envelope.

When to move up

For larger sheets, heavier cuts, vacuum tables or automatic tool changing, we will propose a more suitable Quick CNC model.

Tooling and Workholding

Prepare the process before the machine enters production

Cut quality depends on more than spindle power. Quick CNC uses your part information to match cutter type, tool diameter, step-down, feed rate, spindle speed, clamping method and chip removal.

  • Share drawings in DXF, DWG, STEP or a clear dimensioned format
  • State material grade, thickness and surface-finish requirement
  • Identify pockets, holes, grooves, 2D profiles or 3D carving
  • Request sample testing when the finish or cycle time is critical

Testing and Quality Control

Machine checks before export

Our production process covers component inspection, assembly checks, electrical-function checks, spindle operation, axis movement, machine running and packing inspection. Project-specific cutting tests can be arranged when material and test requirements are agreed before production.

Certificate requirements differ by destination and final configuration. State the required market and documents in the RFQ so we can confirm the applicable scope in the quotation.

Model Selection

Choose the machine class by part size and tool-change demand

K6060T

600 × 600 mm compact work area, manual tool change and a small footprint for parts, signs, prototypes and crafts.

Larger mini CNC router

Choose a 600 × 900 mm or larger compact model when the longest part exceeds 600 mm.

ATC CNC router

Choose an ATC model when the program uses several tools and minimizing operator intervention is a priority.

Typical Project Fit

Example: compact sign and craft-part production

A workshop producing acrylic letters, wood plaques, small decorative panels and jigs can use the K6060T for profiling, engraving, drilling and grooving within the 600 × 600 mm envelope. The final configuration still depends on material thickness, smallest detail, edge-finish target, batch size and required cycle time.

For repeated multi-tool programs or full-sheet work, Quick CNC will recommend a larger or ATC-equipped platform instead of forcing the K6060T into the wrong production role.

Buyer Questions

K6060T FAQ

What is the working area of the K6060T?

The standard X/Y/Z working area is 600 × 600 × 150 mm, making it suitable for compact parts, signs, prototypes, craft products and small-batch work.

What spindle is included as standard?

The standard configuration uses a 1.5 kW water-cooled spindle with a speed of up to 24,000 rpm. A 2.2 kW spindle can be discussed as an upgrade.

Does the K6060T include an automatic tool changer?

No. The standard K6060T is a manual-tool-change, three-axis CNC router. Applications requiring frequent automatic tool changes should use an ATC model.

Can the machine process soft aluminum?

It can handle light machining of suitable soft-aluminum parts when the tooling, feed rate, depth of cut, workholding and cooling method are matched to the job. It is not intended for heavy metal removal.

Is a rotary axis available?

Yes. A rotary or fourth-axis device is optional. Share the maximum diameter, length and part shape so we can match the accessory and clearance.

What information is needed for a quotation?

Send the material, maximum part dimensions, drawing or sample photo, required operations, expected output, destination country and preferred voltage. We can prepare a configuration and quotation from these details.

What are the MOQ, lead time and warranty?

There is no minimum order quantity. Standard production lead time is approximately 45 days after configuration and order confirmation. The standard warranty is one year under the signed agreement and approved exclusions.

How is the K6060T packed and shipped?

We use export packing suited to the confirmed shipment plan. CNC machines are normally shipped by container, with the final packing and logistics plan stated in the quotation.
