A compact 4040 mini CNC router for small wood crafts, acrylic signs, prototypes and custom parts. The standard machine combines a 400 × 400 × 120 mm work area, a 1.5 kW water-cooled spindle and QUICK HD100 handheld control.
Quick CNC recommends the K4040T when your parts fit a 400 × 400 × 120 mm envelope and you want a dedicated compact machine instead of occupying a full-size router. The movable table, three-axis ball screw drive and handheld controller support repeatable small-part work without keeping a computer attached during machine operation.
Send your part drawings and material details before ordering. We will match the cutter, collet, workholding, chip removal and electrical configuration to the actual job rather than treating every material as the same process.

The K4040T is built around a compact steel machine structure with a movable table. Stress relief and annealing are used to reduce structural deformation risk, while ball screw transmission supports controlled axis movement for detailed small-part work.
The standard spindle is sized for wood craft, sign material and other small-format routing tasks. Water cooling supports more stable spindle temperature during longer engraving cycles.
Ball screws on X, Y and Z support controlled positioning for engraving, pocketing, drilling and profile work where detail matters.
The controller supports offline machine operation. Quick CNC will confirm the CAD/CAM post-processor, tool sizes, workholding, extraction and destination electrical supply before the order is released.
Router bits and collets are selected around material, thickness, feature size, edge finish and expected tool life.
Mechanical fixtures, sacrificial boards, dust collection and chip removal are planned around the part geometry and production method.
Voltage, phase, frequency, remote support, training and optional on-site service are confirmed for the destination and contract.
We check maximum dimensions, material, thickness, features, tolerance, finish and batch target.
Our engineers recommend tooling, toolpath strategy, clamping, extraction and any lubrication or cooling required.
When needed, we agree the sample material, acceptance points and evidence before testing.
Every machine is assembled, inspected and tested before shipment. The exact K4040T checklist is confirmed around the ordered configuration.
Quick CNC's product-series quality framework includes CMM inspection, laser interferometer testing, Ballbar testing and 24–72-hour continuous-operation testing where applicable.
Available documents are confirmed for the exact model, configuration and destination before order. Certificate names, scope or measured results are not assumed.
| Decision | K4040T | Larger Compact Model |
|---|---|---|
| Workpiece size | Small parts within 400 × 400 × 120 mm | Choose a larger table when fixtures and material exceed the K4040T envelope |
| Primary use | Crafts, signs, prototypes, samples and short-run small parts | Larger signs, prototypes and components needing more table room |
| Footprint | Smallest compact option in the Quick CNC mini-router range | More floor space, shipping volume and budget |
| Next step | Send the largest part and fixture dimensions | Review the CNC Router 6090 or request another size recommendation |
Engraved plaques, gift-box parts, decorative components, templates and small relief pieces with repeated workholding.
Acrylic letters, nameplates, logos and small display components with material-specific cutters and chip control.
One-off fixtures, test parts and short-run custom components where compact machine access is more important than full-sheet capacity.
For a project-specific sample, send the drawing, material and acceptance requirements. Quick CNC will confirm whether the K4040T is the right machine before quoting.
Quick CNC has manufactured CNC machinery since 2006. Our production and service teams support machine configuration, assembly, testing, export preparation, remote training, troubleshooting and spare-parts identification.
We separate company-wide capability from machine-specific evidence. Your order documents define the applicable test plan, agreed sample requirements, service scope and acceptance records for the delivered K4040T.
Providing the production details below allows Quick CNC to recommend the machine setup, tooling, workholding, utilities and commercial scope more accurately.
Quick CNC has no minimum order quantity for this machine. One unit can be quoted after the technical configuration is confirmed.
Standard production lead time is approximately 45 days after order and configuration confirmation. Ocean freight, customs and inland delivery are separate.
The machine is prepared for export and is normally shipped by container. Final packing and shipping terms follow the signed order.
Manuals, installation videos, operation videos, remote guidance and online training are available. Site preparation and local electrical work remain the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
The standard machine warranty runs for one year from the date you receive the machine. Coverage, exclusions, freight responsibility and service scope follow diagnosis and the signed agreement.
Remote troubleshooting, maintenance guidance, spare-parts identification, parts supply and separately arranged on-site service remain available after the warranty period.
The standard working area is 400 × 400 × 120 mm. Send the largest part dimensions and fixture allowance so our engineers can confirm that the usable setup fits the machine.
The approved standard configuration uses a 1.5 kW water-cooled spindle and a QUICK HD100 handheld controller.
Yes. It is positioned for small wood, MDF, plywood, acrylic, PVC, plastic, foam and sign-material parts when the tooling, clamping, chip removal and cutting parameters are matched to the job.
Light soft-aluminum work is conditional. We review the alloy, thickness, geometry, tolerance and finish requirement before recommending tooling, workholding, lubrication or cooling and cutting parameters. It is not intended for aggressive metal production.
It can process small components, samples, decorative parts and fixtures that fit the work envelope. It is not a full-sheet nesting machine or a complete cabinet or door production solution.
The QUICK HD100 is a handheld controller intended for offline machine operation. The CAD/CAM process and post-processor still need to be confirmed around your software and file format.
There is no minimum order quantity. Standard production lead time is approximately 45 days after the order and configuration are confirmed. Ocean freight, customs clearance and inland delivery are separate.
Quick CNC provides a standard one-year machine warranty from the date you receive the machine, subject to the signed agreement. Manuals, operation videos, remote guidance, training and separately arranged on-site service are available within the agreed scope.
